The intent of this application is to empower employees by providing a secure documentation tool. The app uses encryption and instructs users to use aliases like "Company A" to protect identities. WORKWARS is not liable if the end-user voluntarily inputs direct company legal names.

2. Pro Vault (Non-Refundable & As-Is)

The PRO VAULT software access is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE and is provided "AS-IS" without guarantee. By purchasing, the user fully understands and assumes all responsibilities regarding digital software purchases.

3. Data Loss & No Cloud Backup

WORKWARS is a documentation interface. We are not responsible for any lost files, data corruption, or hardware malfunction on the user's end. The user fully understands that all recorded videos, photos, and audio files are stored locally on their device (e.g., Camera Roll). WORKWARS does not provide backup services or make claims of secured remote backup.

4. Strict Confidentiality (The Black Box)

The user is solely responsible for safeguarding their data. DO NOT discuss with coworkers or management that you are armed with this level of protection. Keep your defense strategy entirely confidential.

5. Secure Email Protocol

NEVER communicate sensitive or defensive information using your employer's email network. Always use professional, private email services (such as Gmail, ProtonMail, or AOL). Forward any concerning workplace emails directly to your secure personal inbox as a backup.

6. Not Legal Advice

This application is a documentation tool and should not be considered legal advice. Always consult with a professional employment lawyer regarding your local laws.
